DMCA & Copyright Policy

SeePins respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. SeePins does not host, store, or own any Pinterest media — it only helps users retrieve publicly available content from links they provide. Even so, we take copyright seriously and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material accessible through SeePins infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@seepins.com.

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it — such as the exact URL(s).
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question where it is within our control, and — where applicable — take reasonable steps to notify the affected party. We may also, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@seepins.com containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which SeePins may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SeePins may, at its discretion, limit access to the Service for users who are found to infringe the intellectual property rights of others repeatedly.
